Analytics Overview

The Analytics section () is accessible from the left-hand navigation toolbar. It offers insight into how content is produced, consumed, and contributed to by your team through three key dashboards:

  • Production Dashboard – Track what’s being published and where

  • Usage Dashboard – Analyze how your content performs

  • Team Dashboard – Monitor user and profile-level contributions

 


 

1. Production Dashboard

This dashboard displays detailed metrics on all published content through Wildmoka.

Insights are categorized by:

  • Destination Type (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)

  • Destination Account (the actual account the content was posted to)

  • Content Type (clip, image, animation, reel, live stream, etc.)

 

 

Time-Based Charts

The publication data is visualized in three time views:

  • Aggregated by day (cumulative trend)

  • Daily breakdown (number of posts each day)

  • Hourly breakdown per day

 

 

Filters

Click the filter icon to adjust the data by:

  • Date range and content types

  • Specific days or hours

  • Content type, user, profile, or destination

  • Apply your filters to refresh the dashboard data

 


 

2. Usage Dashboard

This dashboard presents view statistics segmented by:

  • Destination Type

  • Destination Account

 

Time-Based Charts

View metrics are also presented across three levels:

  • Aggregated day by day

  • Views per day over a selected range

  • Hourly views for each day

Top Content Table

A Top 500 table ranks your most-viewed clips over a selected time period, showing:

  • Clip title

  • Destination account

  • Platform

  • User and profile

You can use the filters to tailor what’s displayed.

 


 

3. Team Dashboard

This dashboard tracks the activity of your team by:

  • User – Individual performance

  • Profile – Combined metrics from users under the same profile

Tables

Two tables summarise:

  • Clips created and published

  • Total views and likes, grouped by user and by profile

Like other dashboards, you can filter and refine the data display.

 


 

4. Permissions Management for Analytics Access

To grant access to analytics dashboards:

  1. Go to the Users section (👤 icon in the left toolbar)

  2. Open the Profiles tab

  3. Click on the profile you want to edit

  4. Go to the Permissions tab

  5. Scroll to Analytics Management

  6. Enable access to one or more dashboards:

    • Production Dashboard

    • Usage Dashboard

    • Team Dashboard

  7. Save your changes

5. Exporting Data

You can export data from any dashboard element:

 

From Charts:

  • Click the “More options” menu (three-dot icon)

  • Choose:

    • PNG to download the chart as an image

    • CSV to export the raw data

 

From Clip Management:

  • Go to the Content Management System (CMS) via the left toolbar ()
  • Stay in the Clips tab

  • Use the export arrow on the top-right

  • Download as CSV or XLSX

  • Use the CMS filters to customize your export data
