If you login using your organisation's SSO directory, please contact your system administrator for steps on how to reset your password within those systems - the following steps only apply for users logging in with an email and password set manually in Wildmoka.
When logged into Wildmoka, click your user's initials icon of gravatar icon (top right) and choose "Change password" from the drop down menu.
You'll be asked to provide both the old password and a new one - which must follow certain rules:
If you don't remember or have lost your old password, you can ask an administrator in your organisation to trigger a password reset for you; you will then receive the steps to create a new password to the email address registered against your account.
Please note, both your login email and your password are case sensitive.
