Profile-Based Access Control

Wildmoka offers granular control over who can access which destinations:

  • In User Management > Profiles, you can define:

    • Which profiles can access specific destinations

    • Which fields of each destination (e.g., title, description, tags) are editable or mandatory

This ensures editorial control and minimizes publishing errors across teams.

Publishing from the Clip Editor

Once your destinations are configured:

  1. Open the Clip Editor.

  2. Select your video.

  3. Your permitted destinations will appear in the destination selection area.

  4. Choose one or more and click “Publish”.

Only the destinations that your user profile is entitled to use will appear here.
