The Calendar View in Wildmoka gives you an intuitive way to browse and manage both upcoming and past events.
Accessing the Calendar
Open the Events panel by clicking the event icon on the left navigation bar.
Select the Calendar tab at the top of the page.
You will be presented with a full visual calendar displaying your scheduled events.
Calendar Navigation
At the top of the calendar, you’ll find controls to adjust your view:
◀ / ▶ Arrows – Navigate to previous or next days/weeks/months.
View Mode (Month / Week / Day) – Switch between different calendar views.
Timezone Selector – View the calendar as if you were in another timezone.
Note : If the default timezone doesn’t suit your workflow, please reach out to Support to change it.
Creating a New Event
To schedule a new event directly from the calendar:
Click and drag across a time slot in the calendar view.
You can only create events in the future.
If you try to create an event in the past, your cursor will display a 🚫 "forbidden" symbol.
Event Details
Each event block on the calendar displays:
Event time (adjusted to the currently selected timezone)
Event name
Timezone offset
Stream icon – Indicates the stream the event will be recorded on.
Hovering your cursor over an event will show a tooltip with:
The full event name
The associated stream name
Note : If an event includes a testing period, it will be visually marked with a hatched section above the event block.
