Managing events in Wildmoka

Overview

Events in Wildmoka are a core feature that allow users to schedule, record, and manage important video moments. Whether it's for recording key moments in a live stream or broadcasting content to live destinations, the Events module supports a flexible and robust workflow.

There are two main types of events in Wildmoka:

  • Standard recording events: Used to save specific time segments from a continuous DVR.

  • Live scheduled events: Also known as "Scheduled Lives", which allow you to stream to external live platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Twitch) while recording the content.

Creating a New Event

To schedule an event:

  1. Go to the Events section in the left-hand navigation toolbar.

  2. Click the “+” icon to create a new event.
