Permissions define what actions users assigned to this profile can perform across the platform.
1. PERMISSIONS
User Management
List all users (read)
- In case the user has the right to create, edit, delete users, if the user has the right to list all users, they can then edit or delete every user of the platform. This includes users that have not been created by themselves.
New/archive/change user
- New/Change/Delete users: This allows the user to access the User Management page, but only the User Management tab. There, the user can create new users, or edit or delete users previously created by them.
Enable/disable user

- In case the user has the right to create, edit, delete profiles, if the user has the right to list all profiles, they can then edit or delete every profiles of the platform. This includes profiles that have not been created by themselves.
New/change/delete profiles
- This allows the user to access the Profile Management tab in the User Management page. There, the user can create new profiles, or edit or delete profiles previously created by them.
Content Management
"Content Management” controls the access for the new User to see or modify Streams, create Clips and set Clip management.
Stream Management
- This allows users to access to the Stream Management. There, they can create, edit or delete any stream on the platform. They can also activate or deactivate streams.
File upload
Clipping
- This allows users to create, edit, delete, publish clips from the available streams.

Assign clip to profile
- This allows users (or profiles) to assign a clip to a specific profile. If a clip is assigned to a profile different than that who created the clip, then this other profile can view, edit, delete the clip.
Assign imported file to profile
- This allows users (or profiles) to assign an imported file to a specific profile. If a file is assigned to a profile different than that who created it, then this other profile can view and do clipping on the imported file. The user can also edit, delete the auto generated clip if it exists.

Destination Management
“Destination Management” enables the new User to see and modify Destinations.

- In case the user has the right to create, edit, delete destinations, if the user has the right to list all destinations, they can then edit or delete any destination on the platform. This includes destinations that they don't own or destinations that have not been assigned to them.
New/change/delete destination
New/Change/Delete destination: This allows the user to access the Destination Management page. There, the user can create, edit or delete their own destinations (or the destinations that have been assigned to them via the Destinations tab)

Usage Tips
A profile can be assigned to multiple users.
Users can have multiple profiles and switch between them.
Every toggle allows for detailed control over what a user can see, edit, or manage.
Default permission setups (e.g., for journalists, editors, producers) can be cloned and adapted as needed.
