Video requirements

Before publishing, check that your clip meets TikTok's technical requirements.

Maximum durationDepends on your TikTok creator account level
Minimum resolution540p (960 × 540)

Daily posting limit: TikTok limits third-party publishing tools to approximately 15 posts per account per day. Wildmoka shows your current count in the publishing panel. This counter runs on a rolling 24-hour window — not a calendar day reset at midnight.

Publishing steps

  1. Select your TikTok account from the destination list.
  2. Configure the TikTok destination settings (see section TikTok settings reference just below).
  3. Click Publish to post immediately, or enable Publish as draft and click Publish to save it to your TikTok inbox for manual review.
  4. The clip status will show Processing while TikTok downloads and encodes the video — this typically takes 1–3 minutes.
  5. Once complete, the status changes to Published. The post is now live on your TikTok profile (or in your inbox if you chose draft mode).

ParameterDescription
DescriptionYour post caption. Hashtags and mentions work here. Maximum 2,200 characters. The character counter in the field turns red when you approach the limit.
Aspect ratio & RenditionSelect the video orientation and output quality. TikTok is optimized for 9:16 vertical video. Choosing the wrong ratio can result in black bars or cropped content on TikTok's player.
Privacy

Controls who can see the post on TikTok:

  • Public / Followers — Visible to all TikTok users, or to your followers, depending on your TikTok account settings.
  • Friends — Visible only to people you and the account mutually follow.
  • Private — Visible only to you.

If a privacy option is unavailable for your account, it won't appear in the selector.

Use clip thumbnail as coverWhen enabled, Wildmoka uses a frame from the clip — specifically the marked key moment — as the video's cover image on TikTok. Disable this to let TikTok select its own cover automatically.
Publish as draft

Instead of posting immediately, sends the video to your TikTok inbox. Draft videos are visible under the Profile tab in the TikTok mobile app.  You can then review and publish it from the TikTok mobile app. Use this if you want a final check before the post goes live.

Draft mode tip: If you're testing the TikTok connection or need to coordinate post timing with a broader campaign, draft mode lets you stage the video in TikTok without it going live until you're ready.

Disable commentsPrevents viewers from leaving comments on the post. Cannot be changed after publishing.
Disable DuetPrevents other TikTok creators from recording a Duet alongside this video. Cannot be changed after publishing.
Disable StitchPrevents other creators from clipping and incorporating segments of this video into their own posts. Cannot be changed after publishing.
Promoting your own business

Enable this setting when the video promotes a product, service, or event that your own organization owns — for example, a match highlights video that also promotes a club's merchandise or a ticketing offer.

When enabled, TikTok automatically adds a "Branded Content" label to the post, visible to all viewers.

Promoting a third-party business

Enable this setting when the video was created as part of a paid or gifted partnership with an external brand — a sponsor, advertiser, or commercial partner.

When enabled, TikTok adds a "Paid Partnership" label to the post. Both toggles can be active at the same time (for example, a club promoting a sponsor's product on their own account).
