Publication fails with "too many posts" or similar message
Your TikTok account has reached its daily posting limit (approximately 15 posts in the past 24 hours). The limit resets on a rolling basis. You can either wait for the counter to drop, or publish the video directly from the TikTok mobile app — posts made from the app don't count against the third-party API quota.

Publication fails with "clip duration too long"
The video exceeds the maximum duration allowed for your TikTok creator account. Trim the clip in Wildmoka before trying again. Maximum video length depends on your account's creator tier — check your TikTok account settings to see what your current limit is.

Status stays on "Processing" for more than 10 minutes
This usually means TikTok encountered an issue downloading the video. Check that the clip is fully encoded in Wildmoka, then retry the publication. If the problem repeats, contact your Wildmoka workspace administrator.

Privacy option I need isn't available
The available privacy levels depend on your TikTok creator account tier. Newly connected apps or accounts still in TikTok's review process may be limited to Private only. If you can't select Public after your app is fully approved, try disconnecting and reconnecting the account.

TikTok account shows as disconnected or authorization expired
TikTok access tokens expire periodically. Go to Settings > Destinations, find your TikTok account, and click Reconnect. You'll go through the TikTok authorization screen once more. No existing posts are affected.

Post was removed by TikTok after publishing
TikTok may remove posts that violate its Community Guidelines or Branded Content Policy. Check the TikTok app for any policy notifications on your account. If the video included promotional content, make sure the appropriate brand disclosure was enabled before republishing.
